Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in our nation’s history, incorporating more than 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space on Manhattan's West Side. New Project partnered with Rockwell Group, who designed immersive experiential sales galleries for the 15 Hudson Yards and 35 Hudson Yards properties. We fabricated custom tables, kiosks, and A/V-integrated display pedestals to house interactive technology such as touch screens, video panels, scale models, and 3D-printed elements that gave users multiple ways to experience the new development. These custom tables, clad in mirrored glass, wood, and brass, as well as bespoke furniture fabricated by our studio, were installed within gallery-like settings to engage and inform prospective residents about the neighborhood and its parks, amenities, and visionary architecture.
