New Project was hired to produce 1-1/2” thick steel sculptures for internationally renowned Korean artist, Lee Ufan for both his first American exhibition at Pace Gallery as well as a subsequent show. Based on the artist’s hand sketches, we created CNC files for high-definition plasma cutting, and also selected the materials to be used in the sculpture. Providing full production management services, New Project supervised and managed the rolling, finishing, crating and shipping of the pieces.
